National Running Day

National Running Day, is the first Wednesday of June. In celebration of the day, I went on a run around Diamond Head even though I had already done a PT workout this morning focusing on my hamstrings. Did you manage to get a run in today? :)

Here’s what the day was like:

-2.5 g BCAA with water-
[[PT – legs, core, 50 minutes]]
-2.5 g BCAA with water-
-calcium, multivite, glucosamine-
[Greek yogurt, 6oz. pineapple, blueberries, 1 piece 90% Lindt dark chocolate (1/4 serving)]
[Black coffee]
[2.5 oz. okinawan sweet potato]
[1 ezekiel tortilla with: 1 egg, 1 slice pepperjack cheese, avocado, lettuce, salsa]
-glucosamine-
[3oz. okinawan sweet potato, 1 scoop protein powder]
[[Run 4.65 miles]] – National Running Day!
[1 banana, 3 oz. pineapple, 1 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge, 1 turkey dog with salsa, jalapenos, 1/2 scoop protein powder]
