One of my favorites off the Four Calendar Cafe album, released in 1993. It popped into my head tonight for some reason as I was lying on the rug in front of an old episode of The Golden Girls… My cat Squirrel, was busily clawing into my one and only couch with her little cat claws despite multiple scoldings. “Theft and Wandering Around Lost” has got to be one of the coolest song titles I’ve ever heard, and a great track that has stood the test of time. It still sounds pretty amazing. Just thought I’d post this for whoever’s reading…

I’ve been a fan since I was in high school. They have some interesting song titles. Some more bizarre than others. This is a good one.
I got into them sorta late… probably in the mid to late 90s. :) I was obsessed for a bit, and tried to purchase everything I could. I even sent away in the 90s for a compilation from a nice dude in the UK who I met on a music mailing list, who gave me a mix of songs featuring Liz Frasier for just the charge of the disc and shipping. (Artists such as Future Sound of London, Moose, The Bathers, etc.). It’s weird to remember back in the day, when few people owned burners and the Internet wasn’t really a viable source for music file exchange. I didn’t even own my own computer at the time. hehe.
