Everything’s all right. I was whining in my last post, but that was temporary. I never stay down for long. Now I feel confident everything will work out no matter what. I stress a lot about making the right decisions, but as I get older, I’m learning the sometimes “bad” decisions lead to good things, so I’m not gonna stress it.
At work, we’re getting so busy, my head’s spinning a little bit.
I’m realizing I’ve forgotten just about all the math I learned beyond algebra.
I think I lost 2 lbs or so, in the last three weeks. (Yay)!
I’ve been working out 5 days a week in the gym, focusing on different muscle groups each day.
Each day, I try to remember to take Glucosamine 3x a day, multi-vite, calcium, and 5g BCAA. I’m still consuming about 120g protein, 100g carbs, and 50 or less grams of fat each day. (Well, I try, anyhow).
I’m losing the desire to do the Honolulu Marathon. The thought of going for a 12+-mile run might be what’s doing it.
I drink a kale / greek yogurt / vegetarian protein powder (chocolate sun warrior) smoothie for breakfast every day.
I’ve been waking up at 4 AM for the past few days.
I want to see Looper.
Red Ginger Cafe in Manoa makes a good portabello wrap.
I stopped buying diet soda to keep in my fridge. I only have water to drink at home for the past couple of months now.
Song Pop is still fun, and I bought Borderlands 2 despite the fact that I tend to get motion sickness from playing games like that.
I still try to take photos with my iPhone.. I ordered iPhone 5, but it’s not coming until Oct. 5th or so.
